As the cold wind whips you around, don’t forget that nice little hometown of yours, waiting around the bend of Spring. Yes Flipside, the magical place we all know and love is being born in the minds and hands of so many right now. Want to know how to be one of the lucky ones to experience this place?
Read on, follow directions (this is key) and you will be rewarded:

Tickets for Flipside 2008: Dr. Tiki’s Combustible Medicine Show go on sale starting Jan 7 thru Jan 11, 2008 .

All tickets for Flipside 2008 will be sold via Mail Order (snake oil not included).

The Official Flipside Ticket Order Form is available to fill out and print starting on January 2. (Hey that's TODAY!!) There are two steps to make it to the glorious land of Flipside . Just two little steps.

First, you must access the form itself, fill out your information, and submit electronically so we have all of your details. The form can be found here: www.burningflipside.com/common...est.php
but don't forget to follow through onto the next step!

Second you must print the form and send it in the mail with a post mark between Monday Jan 7 and Friday Jan 11 (7-11, get it? That’s easy to remember!). Simple, easy and fun! (well, it’s your ticket to fun anyway).

***If you do not follow through on step two and send us the form with your payment, you will not be guaranteed a ticket to the most glorious medicine show to ever be born (snake oil not included)***

Two adult tickets per order. One order per person.

Tickets will cost $70 each for adult tickets age 13 and up and $35 for kids 7-12 (Kids 0-6 are free). Payment is accepted by Money Order only! If you send any other form of payment, your request will be sent back unfilled. Make sure you save your money order receipts, if your order is not filled you may need that to turn your money order back into real dollars.

Note: there is a new section on the ticket form this year to give an optional donation to Art Garden, a local non-profit art org born out of the Flipside community. Look for an announcement from AG with details.

Please make sure you print your name and return address legibly on your envelope!

The fine print:

The number of tickets that will be sold for 2008's event will be 2345.

Once all ticket orders have arrived, the LLC and the Ticket Staff will count up the completed orders received during the postmark period (the significant date is the date of your post mark, NOT the date we receive it).

If the number of completed orders received is less than 2345, then ALL completed orders will be filled. If the number is grreater than 2345, we will fill the orders for Critical Volunteers first. Critical Volunteers are those necessary to ensure the safety and intrastructure needs of all participants are met.

All completed orders with post mark dates within the Jan 7 - 11 window are considered equal.

Children with legal guardians:
6 and under are FREE
7-12 are $35
13 and older are $70 (and still require a legal guardian)

NO PETS allowed at the event.

Will Call: NO NAME CHANGES will be allowed for Will Call tickets. Don't do Will Call unless you are sure you personally will be able to pick up the tickets when you arrive at the gate. ID will be required.

New for this year for locals, Starr and the ticket staff will be hosting two nights TBA where you can pick up your tickets if you elected to have them sent regular mail and you are able to make it to the ticket nights. Announcement will be forthcoming with more information about this.
